Model or drawing revision, intended use and any reference sample.

2. Materials and dimensions / 材料与尺寸
Material grade, tolerances, colour, finish and critical components.
材料牌号、公差、颜色、表面处理与关键部件。

3. Order structure / 订单结构
Trial order, production quantity, reorder expectation and permitted mixed SKUs.
试单量、量产数量、补单预期与是否混款。

4. Target market / 目的地市场
Country, buyer requirements, labelling language and required test evidence.
国家、买家要求、标签语言与所需测试资料。

5. Packaging / 包装
Unit pack, carton dimensions, shipping marks, barcode and protection needs.
单品包装、外箱尺寸、唛头、条码与防护要求。

6. Delivery expectations / 交期安排
Sample deadline, target shipment date and delivery location.
样品截止时间、期望出货日期与交付地点。

7. Commercial comparison / 商务比价
Currency, named delivery point, payment milestones and quote validity.

8. Acceptance criteria / 验收标准
Measurable pass/fail criteria, inspection method and defect handling.

SUPPLIER CHECKS / 供应商核实
Confirm the business you are paying / 先核实交易主体
Compare the legal company name, business licence, quotation, contract and beneficiary account. Clarify whether you are dealing with the manufacturer, an exporter or a trading company.
比对公司法定名称、营业执照、报价主体、合同主体与收款账户，明确对方是制造商、出口商还是贸易公司。

Check the actual production site / 核实实际生产现场
Request the factory address, a process walkthrough, equipment list and examples of comparable work. Ask which operations and tests are outsourced.
索取工厂地址、工艺流程、设备清单及类似产品经验，问清外协工序和外部检测项目。

Check capacity against your order / 产能要对应您的订单
Ask about batch size, current workload, critical process bottlenecks, sample lead time and the assumptions behind the production schedule.
确认批次规模、当前排产、关键瓶颈、打样周期，以及量产交期成立的前提。

Examine documents at model level / 资料要对应具体型号
Check that reports relate to the model, manufacturer and version you are buying. Ask the intended market’s qualified adviser or testing partner to confirm the evidence needed.
检查报告是否对应所购型号、制造主体与版本；所需资料由目的地市场的合格顾问或检测伙伴确认。

Agree ownership and change control / 约定模具归属与变更机制
For custom work, document tooling ownership, revision approval, maintenance, storage and any subcontractor access. Require approval before changing key materials or components.
定制项目写清模具归属、版本审批、维护、保管与外协使用权限；关键材料或部件变更应先获得批准。
