How articles are checked
Get Ready China is an independent information site. Articles explain official material and link back to the authority that issued it.
What “Verified by editor” means
The label appears only when an editor has checked the article against the official sources listed in it. The date beside the label is the latest completed check. It is not a government endorsement and it does not guarantee the outcome of an individual application or border decision.
Our source order
We prioritize the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for visa and visa-free policy, the National Immigration Administration for border implementation, and the responsible embassy or consulate for local application requirements.
When official pages disagree
We use the later formal notice and explain what it supersedes. We never merge separate unilateral, mutual, regional and transit policies into a made-up combined rule.
Corrections and expiry
Every policy article shows a verification date. Time-limited rules are flagged before expiry, and material corrections are recorded in the article.
No promotional influence
Promotional relationships do not determine an entry conclusion, source selection or verification label. Any paid or affiliate material, if ever published, must be clearly separated from editorial information.
